1. Who we are and who these terms are for

Voltads is provided by Martini & Radl OG, Garnisongasse 4/11, 1090 Vienna, Austria ("we"). Voltads is offered exclusively to businesses. By using it, you confirm that you act for commercial or professional purposes and not as a consumer.

2. The service

Voltads is a remote MCP server. It lets your AI assistant (Claude Code or Codex) read and manage the Meta ad accounts you have access to, through the Meta Marketing API and your own Facebook login. To use it you need your own Claude or ChatGPT plan and access to Meta ad accounts.

Voltads depends on services of Meta, Anthropic and OpenAI. We have no influence on them. If they change or restrict their services, functions of Voltads may change or stop working.

3. Your account

You log in with your own Facebook account. Each subscription belongs to one person and must not be shared. For uploads, your AI assistant saves your Meta access on your computer for one batch and then deletes it. Until then, keep that file private, the same way you would a password.

4. Free trial

When you first connect Voltads you get a free trial of 7 days with every feature included. No payment details are needed for the trial, and it ends on its own. After the trial, Voltads requires a paid subscription. We may change the length or scope of the trial for new users at any time.

5. Prices and payment

A subscription costs USD 49 per user per month, USD 132 per user every three months or USD 468 per user per year, plus VAT where applicable. It is billed in advance for the chosen period through Stripe. We announce price changes at least 30 days before they take effect, and you can cancel before then.

6. Term and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically for the period you chose: a month, three months or a year. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. If you do not continue within seven days after your trial or subscription ends, we revoke Voltads' access to your ad accounts. We may terminate immediately if you seriously breach these terms.

7. Your responsibility for your ads

Voltads carries out what you instruct your AI assistant to do. You remain responsible for your campaigns, budgets, ad content and their compliance with the law and with Meta's Advertising Standards and terms. Review changes before you activate campaigns. We are not responsible for ad spend or results.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Voltads available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, in particular during maintenance or when Meta's services are unavailable.

Voltads has no caps on ad accounts, ad spend or uploads. To keep it fast for everyone and within Meta's limits, it paces requests: if one user sends an unusually high number of requests, or Meta asks us to slow down, Voltads pauses briefly and then continues (fair use).

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence and for personal injury. In cases of slight negligence our liability is excluded. In all cases, we are not liable for lost profits, ad spend or indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the damage occurred.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We will inform you by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. If you do not object or cancel before then, the new terms apply.

12. Final provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts competent for Vienna, Austria, have exclusive jurisdiction. If a provision is invalid, the rest of these terms remains in effect.
